In-app payment is not live yet. Message us through any of the channels above and we will activate the plan you want. The free one-month plan can be claimed directly inside the app.
Frequently asked
- How do I buy a subscription?
- Online payment inside the app is not live yet. Message us on WhatsApp or the Telegram bot, choose a plan, and once payment clears we activate it on the same number you signed in with.
- Why does voice entry need a plan when manual entry does not?
- Voice entry, the chat assistant and the savings advisor are processed on our servers and cost real money to run. Entering income and expenses by hand, your transactions, categories and reports are free, and stay free.
- Can I export my data?
- Yes. In the app, go to Settings → Data to export all your transactions as CSV or JSON and save the file wherever you like. It is free for everyone.
- My phone number changed — what now?
- Message us from the old number, or through support. Once we have verified who you are we move the account to the new number and your data comes with it, untouched.
- How do I delete my account?
- Settings → Delete account. That erases the account and every transaction in it and cannot be undone, so export your history first if you want to keep it.
- My transactions vanished, or were recorded wrongly.
- Check the device's connection first — Jibiyar records offline and syncs afterwards. If that is not it, send us a screenshot of the screen showing the problem.
